Socktober is a month long sock drive helping those in need receive warm socks to prepare for the colder season, ahead.

We accept low-cut, athletic, wool, dress, children’s, etc., as long as they’re new! Our goal is to donate 5,000 pairs of socks to our local charities.

We are placing sock boxes at the Van Metre Headquarters in Broadlands and Fairfax, leasing offices and model homes, along with local businesses, to collect any donations from the community.
